Cancellation Policy

Summary: Slots must be booked 24 hours in advance. Cancellations less than 12 hours before the slot may be marked as Absent.

1. Slot Booking Advance Notice

All training slots must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute bookings are subject to availability and instructor approval.

2. Cancellation Window

Students may cancel a booked slot without penalty if the cancellation is made at least 12 hours before the scheduled session. The slot will be released for other students.

3. Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled slot will be recorded as "Absent" in the attendance system. Repeated late cancellations (3 or more) may result in a temporary suspension of booking privileges.

4. No-Show Policy

If a student fails to appear for a booked session without any prior notice, it will be marked as "Absent". No refund or rescheduling will be provided for no-shows.

5. Instructor Cancellations

If an instructor needs to cancel a session due to vehicle maintenance, illness, or weather conditions, the student will be notified as early as possible. The session will be rescheduled at no extra cost, and the absence will not be recorded.

6. Course Fee Refunds

Course fees are non-refundable after the first training session. If a student wishes to withdraw before the first session, a refund (minus 10% administrative fee) may be processed within 7 business days.

7. PDF Purchase

The PDF download fee is strictly non-refundable once payment is processed and the download link is provided.

8. How to Cancel

To cancel a slot, log in to your Student Dashboard and cancel from the "My Bookings" section, or contact us via WhatsApp at +91 99719 29393 at least 12 hours before your session.
